Hotpot is always good and fun, it is like drinking a bowl of hot soup especially on a cold day to warm you up or when you have a flu to make you feel better😊the sauce seem to be the seller for this dish. Hi Joel and Li.... these hotpots look so good and the steamed and boiled stinky tofu is really an experience in Taiwan... normally a lot of eaters have it fried and you follow with your nose to the streetstall but in Taiwan stinky Tofu that is steamed or simmered in broth is truly one of their signatures!!!!❤hope to catch you in Chiangmai soon

You are ever so cool Sir. I would dearly love to eat the stinky stuff as I am born Burmese. You must have tried Fermented Fish with Chillies called Nga-Pi sauce. Love to know of more stinky adventures.

GOD IS GOOD, ALL THE TIME. Stinky tofu and durian, not so much. Billy's popcorn is good if it is freshly popped. I will just have some regular tofu in hot and sour soup and take my shoes off after practice. My version of stinky tofu.

What a medley of things to eat! I like fuzhu 福竹 （blessed bamboo） too. It does soak up the flavors of the cooking liquid. I like bitter gourd too. What a blesssd bowl of goodness.
